You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials or use another person's account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You own the content you create — logs, photos, ratings, and notes. By posting, you grant Pepperlog a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. You can set any log to private at any time.

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Impersonate another person or create fake accounts
• Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Scrape or redistribute content from the service without permission

Your use of Pepperlog is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Restaurant data sourced from Google Maps is provided for convenience — we are not responsible for its accuracy. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepperlog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time — see the Support page for instructions.
