Troubleshooting
Can't sign in
- Double-check your email address is entered correctly
- Use Forgot password on the login screen to reset your password
- Make sure you have an active internet connection
- Still stuck? Email us with the address you signed up with
Photos not uploading
- Check Pepperlog has photo library access — Settings → Pepperlog → Photos
- Make sure you're on a stable connection
- Force-close the app and try again
Push notifications not arriving
- Check Settings → Notifications → Pepperlog on your device
- In Pepperlog, go to Profile → Settings → Notifications and review your preferences
Restaurant not found
- Try a different spelling or search by suburb
- Newly opened restaurants may not yet appear in Google Maps data
Device requirements
Pepperlog requires iOS 16 or later. Android support is coming soon. An internet connection is required to log meals and load your feed.
Delete your account
To delete your account from inside the app:
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Select Delete account to open the deletion page
- Hold the Hold to delete account button until it completes
- Tap Delete in the confirmation prompt — this permanently removes your profile, logs, photos, and all associated data and cannot be undone
If you can't access the app, email support@pepperlog.com with the subject Account deletion request and the email address on your account.
Refunds
Pepperlog is free. If you were charged for an in-app purchase, refunds are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
